Richard James

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Verdence, Richard manages portfolio operations and specialized trade processing for the investment team, and conducts research that shapes how client portfolios are managed.

He joined Verdence following the firm’s acquisition of Harvest Investment Consultants, where he served as Portfolio Operations Manager. Before Harvest, Richard held portfolio and investment roles at Wealthspire Advisors, StratWealth, and Morgan Stanley.

A native of Baltimore, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Salisbury University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
