Head of Integration
Liz is Verdence’s Head of Integration, based in Naples, Florida. She leads the onboarding of new RIAs joining the firm through mergers and acquisitions, helping new teams move into Verdence’s systems, processes, and culture. Liz has more than five years in wealth management, with experience on both sides of M&A. She joined Verdence through its merger with Vantage Private Wealth, where she was Director of Operations and Compliance. That experience gave her firsthand insight into what an acquired firm goes through during a transition, insight she now uses to guide newly joining RIAs through the same process. Before wealth management, Liz worked in hospitality, education, and administration. That background shaped her focus on operations, compliance, and client relations, work she continues today through firm-wide integration. Liz earned her Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, from Elon University.

If I were not a financial professional, I would be a:
“A youth running coach”
Best piece of advice from my parents:
“Live life looking through the windshield, not the rearview mirror.”
What makes me happy:
“Spending time adventuring outdoors with my two kids and husband and Sunday brunches with friends.”
If I could invite anyone, living or dead, for dinner, I would invite:
“My grandfather. I feel like I didn’t fully appreciate the value of his life experiences and perspective before he passed away and would love to get lost in conversation with him.”
