He has over two decades of industry experience and started out his career at Merrill Lynch where he served as a Senior Financial Advisor and First Vice-President of Investments. Outside of Verdence, Matt serves on the Board of Directors for The House of Ruth Maryland, a non-profit serving women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
