Ben Johnson

As a Private Wealth Associate, Ben supports the Verdence client services team , focusing on delivering a consistent client experience and collaborating closely with advisors and operations.

Before joining Verdence, Ben built leadership and operations skills at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. He served as the campus climbing wall Facility Manager overseeing a 60+ person student staff, Head Routesetter and president of the climbing club, where he organized large events and founded the school’s first collegiate competitive climbing team.

Ben graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a B.A. in History and a minor in Business Administration & Management. He received the Landers Scholar full scholarship and the Margaret B. Marlay Award for outstanding academic performance related to his senior project. Outside Verdence, he enjoys rock climbing, outdoor trips, and time with friends and family.
