Justin Allen

As a Senior Financial Planning Associate, Justin Allen works to help clients turn complex financial decisions into clear, data-driven plans. He looks at the full financial picture, including cash flow, savings, investments, insurance, and taxes, so clients can move forward with confidence toward their long-term goals. Prior to joining Verdence, Justin worked with Tide Creek Financial Group, where he served as Paraplanner and Operations Manager, supporting a team of CFP® professionals in building and maintaining client financial plans.

Justin is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he also completed a financial planning internship with Delmarva Wealth Management. Outside the office, he’s a devoted Baltimore Ravens fan and Beatles listener. When he can find the time, you might catch him working on his golf game.
