Bryan Dalesandro

As Executive Director of Financial Planning at Verdence, Bryan works closely with the firm’s advisory teams to build and refine the financial planning process for clients. He also mentors and develops the firm’s planning team, drawing on his experience building and leading financial planning teams throughout his career.

With nearly 30 years in financial services, Bryan specializes in retirement and cash flow planning, investment management, and risk management, including insurance and estate planning coordination. Before joining Verdence, he served as Director of Financial Planning at RiversEdge Advisors and, prior to that at Concentus Wealth Advisors. Earlier in his career, he held roles in investment counseling, compliance, and client relationship management. Beyond his work with clients, Bryan teaches as an adjunct instructor with The American College of Financial Services and previously with Utah Valley University’s Master of Financial Planning program. He holds an MS in Financial Services from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Lycoming College.
