BALTIMORE, MD – October 1, 2018 – Nationally-recognized private wealth advisory firm Verdence Capital Advisors today announced that it will move its existing Northern Virginia office to a new space in Alexandria to better serve the firm’s growing roster of clients in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia metro area.
When complete in spring 2019, the new space at 44 Canal Center, 5th Floor, in Old Town, will total 5,500 square feet with space for more than 20 employees and a 2,000 square foot terrace for entertaining that overlooks the Potomac.
Verdence Managing Director and Partner Charles S. Holt will continue to lead the office and its smart, strategic growth to enhance the impact of the company’s personalized, independent client services.
Holt career spans 25 years, specializing in developing and implementing advanced planning and investment strategies for high-net-worth families. He concentrates on clients’ primary concerns: preservation of capital, tax minimization and lifetime cash flow needs.
Since becoming an independent firm just over a year ago, Verdence has expanded on the strategic vision of CEO Leo Kelly by establishing bold growth goals, focusing on technology, and expanding the physical space of the company to enhance the client experience.
“Our results in Northern Virginia have exceeded expectations and we have outgrown our existing space so quickly,” said Leo Kelly, CEO of Verdence Capital Advisors. “The new office gives us the opportunity to expand our capabilities and capitalize on our vision to strategically grow our business and through a partnership with our clients, we help them maximize their impact and their futures. We have an exceptional team with bold growth goals. We’re creating a new environment where we can best serve our clients and where our team can thrive and prosper.” Kelly was recently named one of Maryland’s Most Admired CEOs by The Daily Record.
