Piccirilli brings more than 20 years of experience in financial consulting, having served as co-founder and principal of HNP Capital LLC in New York and president of Five Star Bank Wealth Management in Rochester.

In his new role, Piccirilli will leverage Verdence’s family office platform to provide comprehensive wealth planning solutions, including estate transfer strategies, philanthropic planning, business succession, and trust planning.
